TB-500

Thymosin Beta-4

TB-500 is a peptide fragment hormone that is primarily used in the treatment of various muscle injuries or pain caused by inflammation. There is very little official human data available for this product; however, it has been a longtime hormone used in racehorses. TB-500, although synthetic, serves to act as a synthetic form (loosely) of Thymosin Beta-4 (TB-4). TB-500 is not TB-4; although very commonly confused as TB-4, it is designed to provide the benefits of the naturally occurring thymus produced hormone.

SERMORELIN

Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides

Sermorelin acetate is a recently synthesized (man-made) peptide analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) a naturally occurring hormone that is produced in the hypothalamus and stimulates and controls the production of growth hormone (GH) within the pituitary gland. GHRH, which is necessary for growth and development, was first described by Nobel Laureates R. Guilleman and A Shalley. In the 1970s one of their students, William Wehrenberg, began studying which part of the GHRH molecule was essential in stimulating the pituitary gland.

MGF

Mechano Growth Factor

Mechano Growth Factor, better known as MGF, is a splice variant of Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1). This hormone is largely responsible for the healing and building of damaged muscle tissue post exercise or any other activity that causes damage to the muscle tissue. Although somewhat simplistic to say, the best way to view MGF is as a byproduct of IGF-1, specifically, IGF-1Ec, which represents the predominant splice in the two splice system created by IGF-1.

MELANOTAN II

Peptide Hormone Alpha-Melanocyte

Melanotan II is a peptide hormone belonging to the alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (alpha-MSH) class of mimetics. Melanotan II is a synthetic analog pituitary derived Melanocortin. The peptide is primarily known for its ability to help with tanning but is also used to aid in erectile function. Melanotan II, also referred to as MT-2, has no use of significance beyond tanning and erectile function.

IPAMORELIN

Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides

iPamorelin is a GHRP (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide) that is considered one of the mildest due to it being perhaps the most side effect friendly of the GHRP hormones. iPamorelin was first developed by Novo Nordisk and made its way to phase two clinical trials through Helsinn Therapeutics. However, while it showed promising results the full trials were never completed and the project was scrapped. Although it is not found in medical circles it is used in some performance based circles in lieu of Human Growth Hormone (HGH).

IGF LR3

Insulin Growth Factor Long R3

Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1, commonly referred to as IGF-1 is a polypeptide hormone that belongs to the growth factor hormone family. This is a naturally produced hormone in all human beings with production primarily occurring in the liver, and to a degree in the peripheral tissues. However, synthetic versions do exist and are produced by recombinant DNA technology.

HGH FRAGMENT

Human Growth Hormone Fragment

HGH Fragment (HGH Frag 176-191) is a peptide hormone of the Growth Hormone (GH) class. Specifically, HGH Frag 176-191 is as its name implies a fragment of the GH hormone, a piece or part of the GH hormone. Human Growth Hormone (HGH), the tail end of the hormone is cut off and what’s removed is HGH Frag 176-191. This is the part of HGH that represents its fat burning power. This will be the primary and perhaps only purpose of HGH Frag 176-191, for use in fat loss and dieting. The studies on HGH Frag 176-191 date back into the 1970’s and in the early 1980’s were confirmed in terms of the fragments ability to directly affect adipose tissue.

HEXARELIN

Hecarelin Acetate

Hexarelin, also known as Examorelin, is a Growth Hormone (GH), specifically a Growth Hormone Secretagogue Receptor (GHSR) of the hexapeptide class. Hexarelin is in many ways similar to GHRP-6; however, it has been shown to be much stronger producing a larger increase in naturally produced GH. Some data suggest it may be the strongest synthetic Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) on the market.

GHRP-6

Growth hormone-releasing peptide 6

GHRP-6 (Growth Hormone Releasing Hexapeptide) is a peptide hormone of the Growth Hormone (GH) class. The purpose of GHRP-6 as is with all related peptides is to increase the amount of natural GH production in the body. Increases in GH can be beneficial to anabolism, fat loss, recovery and general well being as well as serve possible anti-aging purposes.

GHRP-2

Growth hormone-releasing peptide 2

GHRP-2 (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 2) is a growth hormone secretagogue of the hexapeptide class. Sharing many similarities with GHRP-6, GHRP-2 is the first in this class of hormones, and in many circles, is considered the better choice between it and GHRP-6. It is not a hormone that is often used alone but is almost always used with a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) such as PEG-MGF. The compound may also be commonly found under the names Pralmorelin or GHRP Kaken 100. However, in most pharmaceutical and performance based circles, it has in recent years been most commonly referred to as GHRP-2.
